Children & Safety This cabin is designed as an adult-forward, boutique retreat and is not child-proofed. The open loft layout, steep staircase, steps to outdoor areas, fire pits, sauna, and hot tub require constant supervision. Guests choosing to bring children accept full responsibility and liability and agree children will be supervised at all times. Security For guest safety, the property is equipped with two exterior security cameras at the front of the cabin and a Ring doorbell camera. Cameras are accessed only in the event of an emergency. Nature Setting This cabin is located in a natural mountain environment. Although we perform regular pest control, guests may encounter insects and wildlife, including bears. Any wildlife encounters are considered part of the natural setting and occur at the guest’s own risk; the host is not responsible or liable for incidents or disruptions resulting from such encounters. Power Outages Power outages can occur in the mountains and typically resolve within a few hours. The property does not have a backup generator. We do have an emergency flash light, and lanterns with batteries.
